Description

We are looking for eager individuals to work as Life Guards(6 Male and 6 Female) in Qatar, Doha.

Surveillance & Monitoring

• Constantly observe swimmers and water areas to identify potential hazards or unsafe behaviors.
• Stay alert for signs of distress, struggling swimmers, or dangerous situations.

W Rescue & First Aid

• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies.
• Perform water rescues using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Administer first aid, CPR, or AED when necessary until medical professionals arrive.

e Enforce Safety Rules

• Educate patrons on facility rules and water safety practices.
• Intervene to prevent unsafe activities like running on the pool deck, diving in shallow areas, or horseplay.

Maintain Clean & Safe Environment

• Ensure the pool or beach area is clean and free from hazards.
• Inspect safety equipment regularly (life rings, rescue tubes, first aid kits, etc.)
• Report any maintenance issues to supervisors.

a Emergency Preparedness

• Participate in regular training, emergency drills, and skill refreshers.
• Stay familiar with emergency action plans and communication protocols.

r Customer Service

• Provide friendly and helpful information to patrons.
• Assist with inquiries about water conditions, safety regulations, or facility services.
